Understand the principles that guide our spiritual journey.
Rooted in the teachings of Christ and guided by the traditions of the Catholic Church, our community strives to live a life of faith, hope, and love. We are called to be a light to the world, embodying the Gospel in our daily actions.
Our baptism photo
Baptism is the first sacrament of initiation, the gateway to the Christian life, and the door to the other sacraments. Through Baptism we are freed from sin and reborn as children of God; we become members of Christ, are incorporated into the Church and made sharers in her mission.
Adults seeking baptism participate in the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) program, which prepares them to receive the sacraments of initiation (Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist) at the Easter Vigil.
Baptism is normally celebrated on Saturdays after the 6:15 AM Mass. Please contact the parish office at least two months in advance to arrange for baptism.

Confirmation perfects Baptismal grace; it is the sacrament that gives the Holy Spirit to unite us more firmly to Christ, to increase his gifts within us, and to strengthen our bond with the Church. This sacrament equips us to be active witnesses of Christ in the world.
Adults who were baptized but never confirmed should contact the parish office to prepare for receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation. Preparation classes are offered throughout the year.
Jesus present in the Euharist - Have mercy on us.
The Holy Eucharist is the source and summit of the Christian life. In this sacrament, the Lord Jesus is truly present—Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity—under the appearances of bread and wine. The Eucharist is our spiritual food that nourishes the soul and unites us more closely to Christ and to one another.
Our parish offers Eucharistic Adoration every Mondaybefore the morning mass from 6:00 AM to 6:15 AM and on Friday from 5:00 PM to 6:15 PM. All are welcome to spend time in prayer before the Blessed Sacrament.
Catholic confession.
The Sacrament of Penance, also known as Reconciliation or Confession, is where we receive God's forgiveness for sins committed after Baptism. Through the ministry of the priest, we are reconciled with God and the Church. This sacrament brings spiritual healing and strength to avoid sin in the future.
Children typically prepare for and receive First Reconciliation in Grade 2, before receiving First Holy Communion. Preparation is part of the religious education program.
All Catholics are obliged to confess their serious sins at least once a year, and to receive the Eucharist at least during the Easter season.
The Celebration of the Holy Matrimony photo.
The Sacrament of Matrimony is a sacred covenant between a man and a woman, who establish a partnership for the whole of life. This union is ordered toward the good of the spouses and the procreation and education of children. Christ elevates marriage between the baptized to the dignity of a sacrament, making it a visible sign of His love for the Church.
Weddings are typically celebrated on Saturdays at 10:00. Music, flowers, and other arrangements must conform to Church guidelines. Photography and videography during the ceremony are permitted with certain restrictions.
A Priest Annoiting the sick photo.
The Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick is for those who are seriously ill, facing surgery, or advanced in age. Through this sacrament, the Church commends the sick to the suffering and glorified Lord, asking that He may lighten their suffering and save them. It provides spiritual strength, peace, and courage to endure illness.
Please contact the parish office to arrange for the sacrament at the church, in your home, or in the hospital. In case of emergency, call the parish emergency line at any time.
The parish celebrates a communal Anointing Mass twice yearly, typically in the spring and fall. Watch the bulletin for announcements.

Holy Orders is the sacrament through which the mission entrusted by Christ to his apostles continues to be exercised in the Church until the end of time. It includes three degrees: episcopate (bishops), presbyterate (priests), and diaconate (deacons). This sacrament configures the recipient to Christ through a special grace of the Holy Spirit, so that he may serve as Christ's instrument for his Church.
Our parish has a dedicated Holy Hours for Vocations on the first Thursday of each month. We encourage all families to pray for an increase in vocations to the priesthood and religious life.
