Submit Application

Complete the online application form and submit all required documents, including academic records, birth certificate, and baptismal certificate (if applicable).

Assessment & Interview

Prospective students will undergo a brief assessment to determine readiness, followed by an interview with the admissions team and/or school leadership.

Enrollment & Orientation

Upon acceptance, complete the enrollment process. We will then invite you to an orientation session to welcome your family to SSMDPNS.
